    Default Update anytime soon?

    Hi all

I recently purchased my Xperia tablet Z and it's running android 4.1.2 ( I've checked in the settings if any updates are available but unfortunately not)
Does anyone know if there's any update on its way?
I have 4G/WiFi version from Vodafone UK.

If none are coming through OTA then maybe try connecting to your PC? Never tried that myself, I'm sure someone will come along and suggest how, maybe go to sony website and see what's what.

The update to 4.3 is with Sony pc companion.

Echo the advice above -- Sony PC Companion is what will update you to 4.3.

Note also that Sony has already promised an update to 4.4, probably sometime this year.

4.3 made it run a lot smoother, too.

It is much smoother on 4.3, but has anyone else got issues with YouTube being a little slow to open and sometimes not loading first time? I sometimes have to kill it off and do it again.

I was away for some time and couldn't get online. Now my tablet is running android 4.3 and I can say it feels better ;-)

If it's your screen flickering when you got your keyboard on with chrome, then the only temporary solution is to disable HW Overlay in the developer options.
