Why does a Broken image keeps appearing when i take photos

[AC Question]

I have sony xperia XA and everything worked fine,until one day i decided to shoot a video in airplane mode and the video wouldnt play. Since then every photo/video i take it appears as a broken image. Tried to do: clear data,restart phone and return album app to factory state there are still broken images everywhere!! So... Any suggestions,id really appreciate it! Thank you!!
