Sony Xperia Z Ultra - Blank Screen problem on Call

Hello Users ,

Am new to this group !!!

I am having a Sony Xperia Z Ultra and when ever i make call as soon as call is connected the screen goes blank and cant operate it untill the call is disconnected .

Please try to help me in this regard.

Welcome to the forums
This would normally happen when the light sensor is not in direct light if that is not the problem try exploring your settings to see if you can find anything in there if not try hitting the power button.
