Xperia Z1 compact battery is amazing

Loving the battery on my new z1c ! Not even on 50% yet and had 10 hours on it with stamina mode on and brightness high .Iam a very heavy user too .What an amazing phone !

This is, by far, the best battery performance I have seen on any phone running on any platform. My normal usage patterns set this phone back about 3.5% per hour. At least 2% better than any phone I have used (like the Moto X, GS4, HTC One, GS4 Active and Iphone 5S)!!

2% difference translates into 30% more battery left after my typical 15 hour day. Normally I would be at 25% when I get home, with the Z1C, I am at 47-48%. HUGE DIFFERENCE!

I have a question regarding Stamina Mode, if i turn it on, it disables mobile data right? If I whitelist IM apps like viber will i still be able to receive messages even if the Stamina Mode is on (mobile data off). How does that work?

Is it normal for z1 compact to last only one day or less if you use mobile data alot and playing game(samurai siege specifically)?

No, it's not normal generally. My Z1 Compact lasts for two or even three days with Stamina enabled.
