why can't my xperia z1 sign in to google account?

hi
i forgotten my pattern on sony xperia z1 android 4.3 and my google account is active on the phone and sony connected to internet,
however, when i select entering with google account and entered user and password complete and correct but it can't connect and the below error occurs
"your username or password was wrong"
but with the entered account username and password i can connect to gmail with pc
what can i do
please help

Welcome to Android Central! Did you recently change your password within the last 72 hours? If so, you have to wait 72 hours before you can log back into the phone.

Also, if you have 2-step authentication turned on, try turning it off temporarily.

This is what I was talking about: https://www.google.com/landing/2step/. But if you don't know what I mean, then you most likely didn't turn it on.

Are you absolutely certain you're entering the information correctly? Is it possible Caps Lock is turned on?

Sorry, but I'm not sure if you have any other options that don't include wiping the data from the phone.
