Is OneClickRoot app safe for Sony Expedia Z1s 4.4.4. Kitkat?

No app is safe for rooting. The basic rule is that if you can't do it yourself, you shouldn't root.

That said, most roots are about as "safe" as any other roots. If they can't root your phone they'll just tell you they can't and won't try. But some leave "tracks" after they root, so even unrooting won't get you an update, so you'll have to reflash the stock ROM (which will be unrooted, as will the update). And a few have been reported to try to root a phone they can't root and brick it. (Which means reflashing the stock ROM, so make sure everything is backed up, and you're prepared with whatever you need to reflash the stock ROM.)
