Okay, so I love photosphere pictures and when I got a Z2 thought it would do some great ones. Only problem is, it kept crashing. Weirdly, usually when I tilted the camera down.
It was driving me crazy because I couldn't use the app, but after trying everything I finally found a settings screen in the app where you can change the quality of the photosphere. It now seems to be working fine.
I think it may be something to do with the twenty mega pixel sensor. So try turning down the quality if you have problems.
