Caller unable to hear?

So this issue recently happened, with callers unable to hear my voice (and it's been causing a lot of problems). Might anybody know the reason for this?I suspect it's my smartband talk but hope it's not.

switch to speakerphone when this happens - it's a temporary fix/kludge.

i have the same issue.. i will try next time to switch to loud mode....
i think its not phone issue but network i'm currently in
