Is it normal for the phone to make foggy pictures after it has been flashed (Sony Z2)?

hi.. i just got my sony z2. and i need help.!

i tried to use the flash. But it made the picture foggy.. Is it normal? especially when i use it in the dark. Thanks.. Please help

Welcome to Android Central. It might have been just a bad picture. Does this always happen?

everytime i use the flash, the pictures are foggy.. is the flash the problem or the phone itself?

It could be both. Maybe another camera app might help?
