Does the Z2 Overheat?

Hey guys,
I'm in the market for a new Android and what I'm considering is either the LG G3 or the Sony Xperia Z2(can't afford the new ones)
I watched some videos and I noticed that whilst gaming or recording video the Z2 tends to get VERY hot.
Is this still a problem or should I go ahead and buy the phone?
I was originally going to buy the Z2 over the G3 due to the battery life but I'm reconsidering now that I've heard about the heat issues.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

When I'm doing video or if I take a lot of pictures in a row it does heat up. The camera shut down on me once when I was using the AR effects for about 10 minutes.

I don't play games on my phone so I can't comment on that.

I still love this phone though.

Ahh that really sucks man. I think I'll go for the G3 then! I need my phone to last for about two years so I don't want to have to stop using some features because of the heat. Thanks for the feedback!
