Headphones not working all of a sudden.

That's it. They've been working fine, but just now stopped working. The phone doesn't recognize that anything is plugged in to the Jack.

I looked for something in settings, but didn't see anything that would help. I've already had to do a factory reset on this phone for another issue.

I love this phone, but fear that either my phone is a lemon, or the Z3C is.

Tips?

On an unrelated note, I purchased the phone from B&H. I happen to be going to NY this weekend. Anyone know how they are for in store exchanges? I just sent them an email. We'll see how they're customer service is!
