Z3 Compact Vs Z5 Compact - Best Buy?

Hi all.

I'm thinking on buying a new smartphone and i need some opinions on what to get. I saw the full specs of Z3 Compact and I think it's a great phone. Better than any Iphone in terms of batery life witch is a great deal for me since i don't want to carry any cables with me lol. I do not want to spend more than 350 euros so does the Z5 Compact tops the Z3 Compact for the best choice? A friend of mine told me that Apple has a better suport since you can put recent versions of iOS in older iphones and android users don't have this much luck. I know that Z3 Compact comes with android 4.4. but i read it that the last version is 6.0 marshmallow. How long can you update the Z3Compact?

I have Android 5.1.1 on my Z3 Compact and Sony is beta testing Marshmallow on the Z3C.

I dont think there is a great difference between the top Sony, Iphone and Samsung, except for semantics, finger print stuff and a few others, but all more or less very similar
