How do I stop this androidcube.mobi popup?

androidcube.mobi popup

I own a Sony xperia z3. Recently I have been getting pop ups from androidcube.mobi saying system update. Please update your battery module. I have never hit the update button as I think its a virus. I always exit out of it straight away. I have run a number of virus/malware scans. All finding nothing. I have also deleted a number of apps and it still keeps popping up. I would like to resolve this problem without doing a factory reset. Does anyone have any ideas.

I'm getting the same thing...not sure what app it's attached to , but I want to get rid of it. Only major change recently was the upgrade to Lollipop.

My Galaxy S5 is doing the same thing, it started with just that page and now progressed to three different .mobi pages that pop up. If you click on the update button it takes you to the play store and wants you to download an app. I'm not sure what the problem is but I,m not very happy with it.

Go to settings- app manager- internet app(chrome)-
*force stop
*clear data
*clear cache
*clear defaults
this worked for me in my chrome browser i have a note 4

I am getting the clickgo.mobi pop up aswell. Haven't seen the other one. I have looked at loads of websites trying to find a solution. Don't think there is one. Think the only way to fix it will be a reset!!!
