Data keeps disconnecting

I keep having to toggle data off then on to keep it connected. Then a few minutes after using it, it'll disconnect and I'd have to toggle off and on again.

Any suggestions?

I have an unlocked phone on Tmobile USA. I don't think it's a carrier issue, but I could be wrong.

This didn't happen before 5.1.1. It could be related to that.

If you're running on 5.1.1, I had the same problem. Did a dirty upgrade from 4.4.4 and it killed my settings. Had to enter them manually and now I'm good to go.

Firstly, delete the APN you have. If you cannot delete it, configure it based on the settings in the screenshots then delete the old APN.
You can name the APN whatever you want and then manually enter the settings. I'm going to assume you know where to go to enter the APN (if not, just ask). After you enter it exactly how you see it in the screen shots (they're in order from scrolling top to bottom), be sure to hit save, then reboot your phone.

Don't use the download mms and internet settings on the phone. That **** is garbage. This is what worked for me. Hope this helps.
