Does the Xperia Z3v not support multi-window ?

On my previous Note 3 and LG G3 those units had the capability of dual or split windows, meaning I could have YouTube running on top and reading forums or whatever on the bottom at the same time.
I have tried on the Z3V, but no success, I would have assumed that the 3 gig of memory on the Sony could handle this ??

It doesn't support duel windows per say, but does allow for some floating apps (such as browser and calculator, etc). Just hit the bottom right icon (to bring up running apps) and pick from the bar on bottom what you want to run in a window. (the ^ allows you to choose more options). While it may not be full duel screen, it's useful enough for me.
