WiFi / Data issues in the morning after sleeping.

I'm having some WiFi issues occasionally after waking up in the morning. It doesn't indicate any WiFi connection at the top bar of my phone, but also won't allow me to browse the internet via data or anything like that. WiFi says it's trying to connect to a network, but never moves on from there, just stuck trying to connect. I tried to reset the WiFi, but it will actually not let me restart it. It appears to let me turn it off in the WiFi menu, but still shows the WiFi radio is on in the pull-down quick settings tab. In the WiFi menu, once I have attempted to turn it off, it will not let me turn the WiFi back on. Also, it won't let me turn on/off airplane mode, so I'm forced to restart the phone itself. It works fine upon reboot.

Has anybody encountered this issue? I've had it happen twice in my 4 days owning it.

It's still under warranty, so have it replaced. Don't fix someone else's problems.

Welcome to Android Central! It could also be due to some 3rd party app causing some kind of interference. See if it occurs in Safe Mode: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-16643
