XPeria Z5 Blue Screen System Error problem

I sold my Z5 Premium on Ebay after using FlashTool64 and restoring the system rom with Russia localization (RUS), I don't know if it was the exact localization or if this matters. Before it was rooted with a custom ROM/Kernel also not sure if that matters also. Anyways I used it as stock for a while and it seemed to work fine but once I system resetted it and shipped it off I get a message from the buyer that the phone is getting blue screens with the words system error after a minute booting. I read on some forums that the solution is to do a system repair via the Sony Software will this actually work? Any tips here thanks
