Application icon changed

The application button seems to have changed so that now it is always in the center of the home screen at the bottom and stays there even as I change screens. It wasn't previously like this. The icon was in the bottom right corner inline with the other icons and would only appear on the home screen. What happened?

I'm guessing your running stock Touch Wiz launcher. Go to Settings>Apps>Manage Apps>TWLauncher30 and clear cache/data. This should reset your launcher and fix the alignment issue. You may have to redo your homescreen and any shortcuts/widgets after doing so but that shouldn't be a big deal.
