So im trying to sync my phone to my computer so i can get my music off of it, lots of original tunes ive messed with. the screen is shattered from a fall out of the pocket. everything still works, just turned it on for othe first time in a while today, heard like 12 texts and voicemails go off. i connect it to the computer, it finds the phone, when i try to open the removable drive, it says "please insert a drive into disc x". any solutions to this here problem? thanks a million

Generally you have to turn on the usb storage option on the phone on every connection. Tricky with a broken screen.

Luckily for you, your data is on an SD card. Pop that card out and stick it in a card reader. Sometimes the simple solution is the best.
