The only thing I saw added was the Sprint Optimizer. According to the press release... The S-D700.0.5S.FC09 update fixes an annoying bug that caused force close errors when receiving calls and also includes Sprint Connections Optimizer

I agree I think this was a very minimal update, but its good to see Sammy/Sprint is still supporting the device

Got the FC09 update today. We'll see if the random odd reboot/freeze problem a couple times per week goes away. I wonder when the "ICS bits" update will be coming. Now that I have FC09 I might take the CM9 leap. I'm trying to figure out what the bug list is though before I make the jump.

Just got mine last night and it only seems to add a network optimizer. Switching between wifi and 4g

I think it has made the GPS worse. Also had Maps screw up regularly. It all has seemed to have gotten worse. The sprint opt is horrible. It just forces your wifi on anywhere so it can use less of its own bandwidth. And it is always running and turning on whenever it wants. Clicked do not use when it started up, of course it ignored my setup.

This may or may not be the fault of the update (new anker 1800mah battery, carrier coverage app, etc) but I seem to be having more reboots and freezes. Nav is losing gps signal multiple times on short trips. Battery is cooking too (+107F). Running gps, bluetooth, 4g, and plugged into car charger. Doesn't like to run camera or skype either on 4g. I'm not sure if it's just running out of memory. Not very happy right now. I'm getting closer to trying CM9.
