I am selling my epic 4g and I wanted to erase all my data. After doing a factory reset in the "about phone" area it still shows my phone number and email address. I tried long pressing the phone number and the email and it doesn't do anything.

Is there a way to delete this?

Nope. Not till it's reactivated.

It has nothing to do with root or custom recovery.

Not sure exactly where it is, but even using ODIN and flashing back to 100% stock, it'll still show the last number it was activated under. You CAN call Sprint and have them deactivate it and put all 0's in if you're that worried about your number being in there.

You can try an EFS clear but I'm not 100% if that will remove it.
