    hmm, they call it the "Epic 4G Black". I wonder if there will be other colors. (Although I'm happy with plain old, unassuming black.)

    IIRC, both the Tour and the Pre were also listed as black when I ordered them from sprint.

    I'm guessing thanks to those "designer" phones that come in 31 flavors they just decided to list the color for every phone.

    Hmm, their EVO launch special was much more favorably priced. $169 - $50 Bing CB + free BT headset.

    No sales tax for Californians!!! That in its self makes it worth it. I put my pre-order in and chose 2 day delivery for 8 bucks. If something comes up that is better, I will just cancel my order.

    The shipping cost covers the $10 discount, and the activation fee basically covers the tax, right? Doesn't seem that much better than getting it from somewhere else.

    i would have to pay around 40 dollars for taxes. upgrade fee is only $18
