what's the first hack should I do

coming from a pre all rooting, hacks, and patches were in the end done via preware or webos install programs/app. Now when the Epic comes I know my first hack has to be tether. But what's next after that? I would like suggestions on the hottest must have hacks/tweaks and where to find them.

Well, the first is to root the device. Its not like the pre where you just type in the konami code and you're set to install whatever. You have to gain root access first. And the wifi tether has to be written for galaxy S phones (haven't checked, but may already be done).
