What's surprising about the Epic

....is how small it is! Samsung really packed alot into a tiny area. Also...the phone is insanely light. Without comparing it next to an Evo you could have told me it was thinner and I would have believed it...the slider seemed ok...would have probably liked it to be a little bit stiffer but it was def comparable to a TP or TP2. Keyboard is very standard...sorta plastic feeling to the keys but it should feel very familiar and easy to pick up. I was spoiled with a TP keyboard though so keep that in mind. I didn't get to turn the device on but for those who just wanted a little more insight on the build I hope this helps. Seems like a great phone....def would fit in a pocket easy...esp because of it's smooth edges....no corner leg stabbing! It's also about the same thickness as the Palm Pre....for those coming from the Pre to the Epic.

Its height is about the same as the pre as well... With the pre slid open.
