Just tried Led Desire and that does not work (force closes) anyone else have any luck

there's also the setting in the camera app that does this for video... kinda pointless to open up the camera app when you just want to use it as a flashlight.

I've been using the TESLA app for a year. It occasionally has glitches, but usually works. Of course, I haven't tried it since the most recent update.

I've used Flashlight Zaphrox (aka Mag Flashlight) on my Epic 4g without any issues, not dimmable but never figured I needed to be able to dim it either. Def going to play with a couple of these others that have been suggested to see if I like them better.
