Qik between Epics. How or does it work?

it works but based on the videos I've seen, it's very choppy

I just had a Qik chat with my fiance and the video of him was very pixelated and choppy, but I could still tell it was him.

The only problem was that I had to push the talk button for him to hear me (he initiated the chat). I don't know if it's user error or what.

Overall, I would have to say that it's a pretty cool feature regardless.

Me and my friend have been trying to make a call with our Epics and all we get is the "establishing connection" page...

How did you and your fiance get it to work?

Okay, so I had to take out his google voice number for it to work...

When I make calls I don't have the talk button though, and vice versa when he made the call. Weird.

Well, my fiance is at work, so I'm not sure what he did. When he gets home, we'll probably play around with it more. Glad you figured it out.

Qik was kind of a huge let down and bummer for us EVO owners too so we switched to Fring.

I did a test Fring call to a buddy with an iPhone. It worked just fine. We were both on wifi but seemed to only get about 5 Frames per second. The audio was just fine though.
