So i tried a few different methods to place music on my Epic, those being MediaMonkey doubleTwist and Drag and Drop, and it seems that if its not an mp3 or if its an m4a file, it will not display the artists name when this music is opened from the phone itself. It shows those file types as "Unknown Artist"...

Is there anyway to fix this? Anyone else run into this problem?

m4a has some kind of protection on it doesn't it? I think this is getting in the way of not being playable on the Epic. I think iTunes now offers mp3 for downloads, which of course should work on the Epic... as far as the m4a, don't know how you would be able to get that to play.

Well they play on the phone, it just doesn't display album art or artist's name...very annoying..
