Brightness magically changes

Not sure if anyone else has experienced this, but i'll keep my brightness on its lowest level and every now and then it adjusts to 1/2 or 3/4 brightness.

Any suggestions?

The screen brightness can be controlled in the notification bar. If you press and hold at the top, without fully dropping the notifications, and then slide left to right you will notice this change. I was doing this by mistake until I learned about the function.

Need to have the auto brightness disabled for this work, just FYI.

Under: settings>sound and display>power saving mode. This is what dims the display even if you have it all the way down. Disable this and you wont have anymore dimming.

Great trick...thanks for posting it!! I woild hit thanks but it doesn't seem to be there. I'm using Dolphin HD.
