    Default Free $50 Media Hub Credit for Epic Users

    Sprint is now giving away $50 Media Hub vouchers with the purchase of a Samsung Epic 4G. Those of us who bought our phones before this promotion are not out of luck - here's how you can get the credit too! (Source)

    * Send an email with their name and phone number to
    info@mediahubcodes.com to receive their unique pin code.
    * Media Hub customer service will verify their service and send them a
    text message with the PIN to the phone.
    * Once received the customer must access Media Hub service on the phone
    to activate the promotional credit.
    * PIN codes are sent within 5-7 days.

    After sending mail for media hub credit:

    * You will receive a text message in 5-7 days that includes a PIN that
    allows you to activate the service credit.
    * You must activate the credit through the phone.
    * Go to Samsung Media Hub payment screen, select Gift Card tab, and
    enter the PIN code.
    * You have 60 days after activating the credit or until 3/31/11
    (whichever comes first) to use the credit.

    Thanks for the heads up! I see the promotion is supposed to be for phones purchased after 10/31/10, I ordered mine from Sprint on 11/1/10, and did not receive the promotion, so I emailed to see if I can get it!!

    there is a special section on the media hub with the selected titles use can use the $50 credit for.

    you have 60 days from the date of receiving your code to use your $50 credit.

    I emailed this morning and just got an email saying that I will get a voucher in the next 5-7 days.

    What is Media Hub even for? Is it just an iTunes replacement?

    I didn't get a confirmation email. Did everyone get confirmation?

    EDIT: 5 minutes after I posted this, I got the confirmation! Thanks for the tip OP. Actually, I didn't get confirmation. I got the actual code. Now I need to put Media Hub back on my phone to use it. LOL

    I just got an email with my code!!! Thanks again for posting this, I officially qualified, but I probably wouldn't have even known about it if you hadn't posted about it!!!

    do i still qualify if i didn't buy it directly from the sprint store or website?

    t is for rentals only and select movie titles. However, I am not sure if anyone has had thesame issue... but I attempted to use my voucher... and it says invalid voucher. There supposedly is a section for the redeemable codes but I am yet to find it. If anyone has had success please do let me know how to get to the appropriate section.

    I was able to redeem my code, but I haven't attempted to watch a movie yet....when you go into Media Hub, click on "Movie Store", then on the top (mine pops up with Top 10 movies as the main icon), scroll the icons to the left and there is an icon called $50 Gift Options with the movies that you can use the code for....again I haven't tried it yet, but that's where you should be able to use the code.

    I've gotten the email confirmation after requesting it. They're asking for my phone number again even though it was in the original email.
