Default Network Speeds after latest update

Hey guys, just wondering what users are getting for network speeds after the latest updates.

Its by no means slow, but i'm capping out at 2000kbps (3G) on my epic
but am getting around 3500 on a N1 (3G TMo)

    Thanks,

    LJ

    Speedtest results:
4G: 7.08 Mbps down .95 Mbps up. About normal.
3G: .68 Mbps down .48 Mbps up - It is horrible.
WiFi:10.62 Mbps down 1.46 Mbps up - I got 11.44 and 1.47 on my computer so it is pretty good.

Getting 3G to work now is almost impossible though. I had to restart my phone to even get it to connect. Not a big deal since I am always using 4G or WiFi but I am sure one day it will bite me in the **** and I'll be pissed off.

Those are impressive 4G figures, wish I had 4G here in San Diego...

I miss those kind of speeds. Haven't had them in a while... since I did a PRL update a few months ago (where I personally think the problem lies). I got 2Mbps down which is damn good for EVDO 3G. The T-Mo can be faster, but usually their coverage is worse (usually, not always, your mileage may vary) and had typically lower speeds for that reason, despite the modem can technically go faster. The speeds my sister tells me her N1 would get is embarrassing (1xRTT-ish numbers).

wifi: 9.3Mbps dl, 1.03Mbps ul (pretty much what I always had)
3G:~290kpbs dl, from 344-546kbps ul (and this, sadly, is inline with previous)

I'm not in a 4G area right now (at my house...), so I'll check that later. It looks about the same to me though!

I'm on Sprint in the Tampa Bay, FL area...

5.5 megs inside my house, outside the city, pretty happy with that

I knew there was something wrong. I did a speed test and I'm getting 130kb down, 150kb up. I used to get at least double those numbers. Hopefully, someone will work up a fix for that.

I just wish I knew why so many people played around with updating their PRL's?

I never touch mine, things are great... I switch ROMs every few days and still things are great.. I honestly believe playing with the PRL/profile updates messes things up more than its worth...

My best is just over 9 Mbps download but the weather has to be perfect for that. I generally get around 7. Unfortunately, I don't get it at my house. Just at work.

Sometimes it updates automatically. I have a mac right now, so I can't roll it back. When I get settled in my new place and have my Windows PC up and running, I'm going to try rolling it back.

Sometimes its a PRL issue others i think its just congestion or problems on their end.
I notice my 3G speeds are terrible when i have long ping times. On Speedtest.net app 999ms is as high as it will go. LOL Thats when i notice horrible speeds.
Rebooting or going to 4G then back to 3G fixes the problem most of the time.
I thought it was the PRL as well but i have been on the same, 60676 and speeds always vary. Never constant.
