I've noticed that since upgrading to EC05 that when my phone is plugged in and charging that data seems to sleep. My 3G signal is poor in my house, but wifi is not. I have the wifi policy set to never sleep. I would think this would be more definitive than never sleeping while plugged in...but I haven't tried that yet. If I start using he net, the wifi or 3G doesn't seem to engage. I have to disconnect and reconnect my wifi for it to work.
