Default Will a extended battery for a Verizon GNexus work for Sprints?

I want to order a extended battery for my GNexus, i have used this companies batteries before and they work out pretty well. Just wanting to know since it does say in the description it is for Verizons GNexus. Will it work for my Sprint GNexus?

The battery itself might work, but the battery door....the notches that hold the door on are aligned slightly different on the Verizon Nexus in one spot. There will be one section of the door that you won't be able to snap down.

The battery works just fine. If you keep the same battery cover, it'll still fit but it will bow out slightly (which I actually like compared to the completely flat back, almost like an S3 or Palm Pre), but the door will not be completely latched shut, usually one latch is undone. It doesn't bother me at all, but it might bother someone else.

Cool. As soon as someone sees it, post up a link or the place to get it.
    I am interested.

    Thanks for the info.

Gotta say I am impressed. Havent even put my new battery through a full cycle yet. Granted also haven't used much of it today since I am at work. But I would definitely be lower in battery then this if I was still using the stock battery.

My buddy bought one, and found the battery cover to not fit perfectly. There is a simple solution to this, though it's not perfect.

I took a blade to the two middle stubs on the right side where the notches don't line up. Simple super-glued them together and then super-glued them to where they should be on a sprint battery cover.

Cover plate now snaps in on all sides perfectly HOWEVER, due to the size of the extended battery, the area with the cutout for the camera rises above the camera. Basically, it's not flush. This does not affect camera function what-so-ever.

My friend then covered up the Verizon logo with a Grateful Dead sticker. Problem solved

We have corrected this issue and you should not have any issues with a new back cover for the Sprint version of the Galaxy Nexus.

We do have a one (1) year manufacturer's warranty on all our products, so feel free to file a claim for a new battery cover here:

If you have any further questions, please feel free to PM me. Thanks!

If I bought a 3800 mah battery and didn't put on a back cover, would I still be able to use a tpu case meant for the original sized phone?

    No.
The 3800 is twice the power of the original battery and is literally twice as thick.
Seidio sells the battery with the rear cover and also a case to fit it.

If anyone sees it for sale on eBay, Amazon or elsewhere, post up the link. Thanks.

Doesn't say. The Nexus is only $99 after a $50 rebate in stores so not sure about online prices.
