"The people that are getting the download could post that file for everyone else. They would need root access then look in the cache directory under the system directory. /system/cache. There should be a file that should be about ~143 MB that should be the Jelly Bean update. You would have to look for it after the download finished but before you ran the update. Just copy the file to the "internal sdcard" for safe keeping. You could upload it to dropbox or some other cloud stroage for other people to download and use at there own risk of corse."

Re: The Jelly Bean OTA update has started. Post yours here.

How do you use the link if one is provided? I just left Pensacola last year after three years with the Blue Angels as a crew chief.

Nice! Hats off to everybody there. Loved the Blues my whole life. :)

Where is the download link, Phil?

That's what I'm asking. Folks say they've got the update, but nobody's posted the download location. Makes me :(

Your physical location has absolutely zero bearing on whether or not you get the update and when.

Re: The Jelly Bean OTA update has started. Post yours here.

Hello folks, this is my first post. Yay!

Here is the update link: http://android.clients.google.com/packages/ota/samsung_proxima_toroplus_sprint/7ebe470d64e7.update_mysidspr_FG01_to_FH05.zip

You can force the update by Force Stopping and Clearing Data on the Google Services Framework. The "last checked for update" should show the last update check taking place in 1969 if you did it right.

Anyways, enjoy!

Your first post may be the best one ever.
Thanks for the info. :D
