Going to stock.

First off I'm on a mac. If I restore my nandroid back up of the stock ROM, would I be able to have all my data but still relock boot loader, unroot, and restore stock recovery?

No, I believe relocking should wipe the phone, or at least it's seemingly done that to those who I've seen do it

(Unlocking does wipe it, I can attest to that personally)
