Want Jelly Bean Now? Force it; don't wait for Google Servers.
Do the following.. (no need to take out battery!)
a) Settings -> Apps -> Google Services Framework
b) Cleared data in Google Services Framework
c) Force Stopped Google Services Framework
d) Checked System Update
e) Repeat.
On average it takes about 6-13 tries to get the update on your phone; try it, and report your results!
I just finished downloading the ~173MB update - time to see the goodies JB has to offer!

Doesn't work for everyone. If its not being pushed to your region/area or however the lottery is ran for which phones are in the "current" push its not gonna matter what you do to force the update.
I only say this because we already have confirmed reports of people trying as much as 15-20 times with no love still....
Remember everyone this is an multi-day roll out.. It will get there soon enough.
