PC not detecting the phone

i basically have 3 issues,
1. Phone doesnt connect to xp OS ( major issue)
2. face unlock doesnt start, it shows " Unfortunately face unlock has stopped"
3. The soft keys sometimes hang up, i mean they dont respond to touch.

pls guyss helpp..

For issue #1, try to install the drivers (download from Samsung's site)

1: Did you install the drivers from Samsungs site?
try a different cable, try a different port. They can be a pain!
2: Never had that problem. Are you stock, if so you may need to factory reset. If you're rooted/rommed it may be a problem with the rom/kernel you're running, and you should contact the developer of that rom or kernel for assistance.
