What I did was download via the frontpage link, then renane the zip to update.zip

The I used the toolbox to temporarly boot to twrp, then flash the zip file. Worked like a charm, and didnt even loose any data.

If you go to this link, then you can see the old updates and their change logs too. I have a Sprint Galaxy nexus too, which is why I found it. Also when the OTA starts, it will show it there too.

Tbh, its an awesome crutch... Everything it does can be done with fastboot/adb, but it makes it super easy
