Shattered Screen

So luckily I have ghost shield screen protector holding it together but its ruined. Shattered in 3 places. The LCD is fine but I've heard of you just replace the glass you lose responsiveness. Is this true. It's the difference between $30 and $130 just for the party. Please let me know.

I think you need to replace the glass and the digitizer
