Samsung apps ( photo editor)

When I open an image and hit menu advanced edit, it will take me to tbe samsung store. It then gives me error 1000 service not available. Followed by another error 4002 product does not exist. Anyone else seeing this and or know of a fix?

I get the same error as well. Just started searching for a fix, but haven't seen one so far.

edit: I'm not sure if this is the reason, but when I look at the samsung apps website from a desktop, I can find the photo editor app and the Sprint Note II isn't listed yet. I tried getting it through kies on the computer, but I don't think that's working either.

Ive had this error since launch day. I think it's because the Samsung Apps app doesn't see our model of the GN2 as compatible.

I see a bunch of tst apps added now... so maybe we have to be patient for Samsung to update us.

OK samsung apps is now working on my phone. I did a soft reset on the phone and now it seems like it is working. It actually let me download photo editor. Just remove the battery for 30 seconds or so and then fire it back up. Log into the samsung apps and it should work.
