since the otterbox has a built in screen protector im assuming i dont need a Zagg or anything like that? Im thinking maybe with the otterbox plus a protector might slow down my screen reconigtion? I dont think the otterbox adds to much size to it. IMO

Damned... I just noticed the physical home button...

I was hoping it didn't have it. I prefer all capacitive buttons. Oh well... At least I'm already used to them coming from the gs3. :rolleyes:

The note 2 home button is more flush and semetric, much more pleasing than the sgs3....still cant stand home buttons though....

Me either, I dislike the physical home button coming from HTC phones but the note2 is an exception.

No way I could stuff that in my front pocket. Has anyone purchased one of those aluminum bumpers yet?

I know I'm not the only person who has been spoiled by the massive screen of the Note 2. (every other phone's screen seems so much smaller to me - even the GS3)

The most common reaction I get is "What kind of phone is that??".

I got that question today by a gs3 owner lol. You would think since they look alot alike they'd put 2 and 2 together.

People really over exaggerate the screen on this phone. I honestly don't think it's that big at all it feels normal now.

Had mine since Sunday and I'm getting the same reaction. Especially due to the book cover Case. Many people have said "now that's class". I have the white Note so what i did was buy the dark Grey book cover Case so now the back is Grey, cover is grey but when you open you see the white front against dark background. I am getting so many compliments.

I hate reading the reviews and everyone saying the size is a con. It doesn't feel massive. It's totally usable. I love my note

I also love the note but i for one, can't even Swype with one hand. Nor can I reach across the whole width of the phone in any place with one hand. So yes it is to big for my hand.

I use my phone one handed all the time. I use Swype 99% of the time. Yes there are times I need to hold it with 2 hands to do it but for the screen size it's great. Although now that I have a rugged case in it, it has gotten a little harder to do one handed operations. All I know is that if the times are true and the g note 3 is over 6" I will not be getting it. The size of the note 2 is just right. I guess I will get the gs4 but by the time my contract is over the gs5 will be around.

Also have the GS3 and now the Note 2, love having the big screen on the Note 2 but miss the smaller size of the GS3. Don't use the Spen that much, still watching the tutorials that I got on the play store. I did get a comment from my 14 year old son, "look Dad is texting on his TV." HE almost walked home from school

Lol my friends all say I have a 60" lcd hdtv in my pocket now...

And no, no one handed mode for me. Just got used to it. And I don't have huge hands

3 this morning i was in a warehouse and few dudes were outside having a cigarette. I came out and seen a bright bright star and i am a big time star game . I pulled out my noter 2 and opened Google sky map and these dudes were watching me with astonishment. One said to the other as i was walking away "what the hell was that?" When i turned around and said "its my phone" they were blown away. " a phone? That's a phone? " " thats the coolest freaking phone i ever seen".lol.

Note 2, it's true, ,size is everything!
