WIFI tethering

Has anyone gotten WIFI tethering to work after rooting? Mine turns on and then shuts off, and cannot be turned back on until i restart. I've also tried this app It just starts with errors and no connection is seen. Please help!

There's some problems with wifi tether not working correctly. I think there's already a thread with a workaround. As for being rooted and using the stock hotspot app, that won't work unless you install a custom rom that has it working. Root alone won't get that to work without paying sprint.

Install SuperSU from the playstore that has fixed some of the issues with the hacked wifi tether by trevE. the regular superuser ap doesn't seem to work very well.

No issues with it here but think I chose the older version...

Go to qbking77. He has a link to the apk that works with most galaxy note 2 and then has instructions on getting it to work. Mine works perfectly.

I can tell you that I am rooted and am using the latest release of JB Domination and have gotten wi-fi tethering to work fine. Until this last beta release, even with the suggested fixes above and trying different applications, I was unable to get it to work.

Jellybomb is a great room and works very well with a lot of options. I am currently working on a theme for it. It will be my 1st theme and it's going pretty slow. While i like blue it is just a bit too much for me.
