Got that wallpaper from the app called zedge. I get them all from there. Great app for wallpapers and ring tones.

Here are my home screen and lock screens.

I'm using Nova Launcher and Holo Locker.
I like to keep my screens simple with most of the applications in the scrollable folders below.
