    Default Extended to stock battery

So if I swap back to my stock batteries will it read incorrectly since I've been running an extended for a few months now?

are you referring to the battery percentage? I don't see any problems cause the phone is simply reading how much power is left in the battery. wheather it be 3100mAh, or 10,000mAh. however apps that predict battery life and such as gsam and battery widget reborn will take some time to recalibrate your estimated usage.

Yeah it was all good. I'm only using the stock battery for a week then back to my 9300. Just wasn't practical here in the desert where the signal blows and the charge time is ridiculous.
