Hi, I downloaded new software yesterday morning and now my phone only vibrates and no ringing. I checked all settings and there properly set up. That's the only issue I'm having. I called sprint and no luck. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks, I figured the problem out. It was a app called Call Control. I had it set on partial ring. Unchecked it and everything is fine.
