Question about Samsung Keyboard vs HTC

Hey all, I recently returned my Evo 3D to prepare to purchase a Galaxy S II and the one thing that bugs me about the keyboard must have some kind of fix, so I thought I'd ask here.

On the HTC virtual keyboard in the bottom left is a button that minimizes the keyboard if I don't want to use it on a page, or if I want a quick way to get to the next box on screen without having to scroll towards it in the tiny expanse left over when the keyboard is open.

How do I minimize the keyboard on a Samsung Touchwiz phone?

Im pretty sure u can just use the back key on the phone too. That's what I do now on the Photon. I used to on the EVO too.

On every Android phone, holding the Menu key will hide/show the keyboard.

Ye, you press the back button on the gs2. Or any area on-screen off of the keyboard in portrait mode (uses both back button and screen touch).
