Does the new Samsung Galaxy S2 4G Touch sync with Ford?

Is it compatible with texting and in general.

Does the phone work well with Ford Sync?

Syncs fine with my '09 Focus. Then again have yet to try text and my model doesn't have nav. Makes and gets phone calls fine tho.

One of the complaints that I was hearing in the Charge forums was disconnect issues with Ford Sync and 2011 F-150's. So it's good to hear it worked for you.

So does it work with text messages or not? I am getting my phone tomorrow and I have 2011 Ford Edge with Sync.

Currently my Evo 3D DOES NOT work with the text messages being read.

I have not updated sync nor do I know how.

Text does NOT work for me. I haven't had a phone that's has ever worked with that feature.

anyone lately having a problem with connecting to Sync?

After two weeks my phone has unpaired with Sync and I can not get it to pair anymore.

I have a 2011 Ford Fusion and it will sync (not automatically like my work blackberry does) even with bluetooth on, it always has to find it. I did try the text feature but it said the device was not compatible for this feature. Maybe I am doing something wrong??

I have a 2010 Fusion and the Bluetooth connection drops at random, but it was like that with my EVO. I think something's flaky with the car half of the equation. I've tried updating that, but it's a major PITA that never seems to work, especially with the "plug your key in to report successful update" crap.
