Can anyone supply me with a download of the stock apps please? It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for any help.

You could just download a stock rom and then extract the apk's you need from /system/app/ in the rom zip. Extract the corresponding .odex files as well if you download and use an odexed rom, or else just download a deodexed rom to extract from so you'll just need the apk.
