    Default The Radio thread- Let Samsung & Sprint know

    There are a few threads touching on how bad radio is complaints left and right.
    Instead of crying to each other how bad it is take time to let Samsung and Sprint know.

    The Epic Touch gets better reception and higher DL/UL speeds than my Pre-, so I'm not sure what the issue is...

    They both know. Sprint wanted a $200 price point, and one of Samsung's design compromise was a 5-year-old radio chip.

    It is what it is. Can't change the chip now.

    People can live with it or return it.

    The radio not waking from sleep I did have happen a couple times. I never really thought about it until now. Interesting.

    The chip has been used in many other devices without signal problems thus firmware update can be made so try to stay positive and let them know your having issue.

    Never happened to me radio has been very strong.
    I do believe there's radio issue Sprint & Samsung needs to address Logcat posted in that thread proves it

    How do you even get the radio to work?! I can't find an app to make the fm radio work and Sprint told me they weren't aware that the phone had fm radio capabilities. Where do I get the fm tuner app??

    This thread has nothing to do with FM radio.
    It's about Wifi - 3G - 4G radio issue no signal & lack of.

    PS,
    If you want FM radio there is app by the name of Tunin Radio .
