Default Launcher replacement - keep stock icons?

I'm trying out various launcher replacements but I can't seem to keep the stock dock icons (email, contacts, phone, etc).

Am I missing something? Do I *have* to use the redesigned icons? I've tried selecting the icon when selecting change icon, I'm a little surprised to see that "stock" isn't an option.

In GoLauncher, you can change the icons to the default by simply using the Apps themselves rather than GoLauncher's "themed" shortcut icons. You'd do this by making a shortcut on your homescreen to your dialer for example (the App is called "Phone") then dragging that down onto your dock. I don't know of a way to do this with the Application tray icon though. Maybe someone else does.

I'd imagine there's a way to create a "theme" out of the default TouchWiz icons, but that's beyond my pay grade.
