Was wondering how long it takes for wifi to sleep when its set to off when screen is off for sleep policy ....I checked a few times today and woke my phone up at random both times wifi was on and I'm sure its not reconnecting faster than I can see it ... I thought with my Xoom it was like after 10 mnutes or something but I checked twice an hour apart and its still on any help or suggestions

Also forgot to mention did a battery pull and power cycle router than checked the second hour still wasn't sleeping.

No clue. I leave mine on "Never". I read somewhere that it's actually better for battery life, but I don't know why, and never had the patience to look into it further.

Yes, it's better for battery life to have it set to Never because when it goes to sleep it will look for a data signal, which uses more battery.
